ABOUT THE ROLE
Your roles and responsibilities will be split into several key verticals.
Source
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Act on sourcing MRP signals by placing orders into systems
- Ensure all open purchase orders and transfer orders are tracking to plan
Make
- Provide required information and documentation to internal and external stakeholder to ensure supply is available within expected timelines.
- Work with the region operations to identify service delivery issues and resolutions.
- Ensure all open work orders are tracking to plan, and data reflects estimates.
Deliver
- Liaise with Sales team in market to deliver machines and spares in full and on time
- Ensure all open sales are tracking to plan and system data reflects estimates
- Support coordination and shipment of machines and spares via approved carrier.
Enable
- Conduct/manage regular inventor cycle counts at all stock locations
- Use practical problem-solving methodologies with inventory control to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance across logistics legislations, chain of responsibility and freight booking protocols.
